Plasmalamp Void Travelling (Worm Inteface WI018)
Hailing from Ontario, Paul Verma (who also works under the guises of Paragon
and Chronic Remorse) tinkers with ambient concepts on first album for Worm
Interface, Void Travelling. Inspired by the writings of Philip K Dick, the
author of Do Androids Dream of Electronic Sheep (a.k.a. Blade Runner), Void
Travelling is sparce and spacious, enhanced with skattered bleeps and beats
in a very un-Worm Interface kind of way. Ideal for quiet moments, or moments
when quiet is necessary, Plasmalamp travels through the maze of your
concienceness, making sure to not bump into any walls. 7/10 (LtDS)
