> I am no designer, but instead of designing a new panel, why not do a A-180-3? Same design as the 180-1 but active? In the A-180-1 all sockets are equal because they are simply connected (a passive module). In a buffered multiple you have to distinguish between the input and the outputs. Consequently a different panel is required (same psition of the holes, but different silk screen printing to show the in/outputs). A bit like the A-138u panel but reverse, i.e. 2 x (1 input and 3 outputs) instead of 2 x (3 inputs and 1 output).
