It's that time of the millenium again! Time to pull out your demon hats and party like like it's 1999 -- 'cos who knows if there's going to be a 2000?! I'm helping throw a pretty big Armageddon-themed rave-like stylee in Florida, sorta dance like there's no tomorrow kinda thing, and I've been asked to spin. Nevermind that I don't fucking know how (!), but I've got good taste in tunes and a gift for understanding technology, so I'm going to try and do it! Lucky me, I'm in London at the moment so I've got some rekka shopping to do. Here's the question: I need some dark, epic-sounding, apocalyptic tunes. Dark, but so epic they're actually uplifting. And uplifting tunes with good and/or dark melodies (like Global Communications) are sought. Psy-trance, trance, d&b with "awesome"-sounding, boggling basslines -- just stuff that makes you want to get up and reach your hands to the sky shouting, "Yeah! I'm eee-vil! I'm so happy I'm so evil!" ;p I think you all know what I mean (chuckle). Could anyone make some recommendations?
