The two feature films made a few years back with Raul Julia and Angelica Houston brought back a lot of the spirit of the original cartoons, with several scenes being directly based on gags that Addams used. The currently running New Addams Family TV show, however, is absolutely horrendous and likely has poor ol' Chas rolling in his grave.
