The oft-used sample, assuming we're talking about the same one, is from "Think (About It)" by Lyn Collins, produced and arranged by James Brown. The "Yeah!" comes halfway between the 2 and 3, and the "Whoo!" comes halfway between the 4 and following 1. "Think (About It)" is also the source of the breakbeat heard in a lot of old rave tunes like Quadrophonia, that T99 stuff, and scads of others. The one that goes 'bohm, CHA, di-di-di-CHA' with the rather shrill tambs. Also the source of "It takes two to make a thing go right, it takes two two to make it outta sight".
