He's spoofing electronic music that wants to sound like it's "badass", but at the same time wants it to succeed on the charts. I recall an interview where he talks about trying for a #1 single - and a song in the style of "Come to Daddy" is a lot more likely to do it than "Flim" or "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball". My $0.02. GD
