It seems that quite a few US small record stores got them from
distributors for free a year or two ago.  (well, I know of at least 3
shops that did).  The one I have was from Starbass in Portland, Oregon,
and the shop owners were straight up that it was 100% profit to sell it to
me for $10-$15 even for the whole box.  If you didn't have some x0x-box
acid, you do now, plus the fifth ep gives you an idea of what the new
"Virtual Farmer" 2xLP on Rephlex is like.  How did this box-set end up
going out of American distributors mailboxes like it was just some extra
promo, that is what I'd like to know...!  

Mine is numbered as well, and the vinyl is excellent pressing...
