I was wondering in my own work...Do the composers which use more experimental sounds in their works like Authechre and Aphex Twin always use common time signatures 4/4? Experimental beats based on experimental sounds, especially the way people like authechre use them don't really lend much utility to traditional time signatures. I personally use 4/4 most of the time and make up my own measures. Anyone do similiar things? Michael
