I'm pretty certain that the guy that originally had this cd must've stuck
the whole thing (including the bubblewrap) inside the xerox machine and
used the pictures that came out as cd covers. I'm thinking that after
what everyone has said that the original didn't have any cover slips,
just a funky sticker on the front that looked like a detergent ad.
Xeroxing bubblewrap with a cd inside looks kinda cool, you should try it.
