2SA1115 (along with 2SC2603) go bad (usually leaky) over time. They are found in all sorts of Roland gear from that time and if they haven't gone bad yet they probably will at some point in the relatively near future. Replace them with BC212L for 2SA1115 and BC182L for the 2SC2603. Note the suffix L at the end of the part numbers. Tony www.oakleysound.com
