this isn't really "IDM" but octant is sort of noisy, poppy, experimentalish electronic music. one of the cool things about him is that he's got a robotic drum set that he has hooked to a sequencer so that the sequencer plays live drums, he's got a bunch of other modified gear,, it was quite a fun live show last time i saw him, King pang (of portland, audiodregs, thumbzine, ozone records) is pretty fun too, sort of happy, poppy dj type stuff,, with a mix of some hip hop sometimes. the show is free,, i believe it starts at 7,, it's a record release.
