I think Wayne Coyne's a bit too busy making his *own* music to worry about tracking down the "roots" of electronica so he'll have cool artists to namecheck during his interviews. He's a mad genius and he's got his own thing... Has anyone seen the recent Flaming Lips shows? They're incredible; music synched up to wild visuals with Wayne himself doing his very own "Gong Show" impressions. Plus, there's lots of silly string and fake blood! .John. .John.
