actually, my fav local shop is borders. now, granted i don't have any cool
independent shops like modern music near me or anything, but borders still
does good for cheap. i've picked up a few chain reaction discs, some M
stuff, wordsound, even jazz fudge and schematic stuff for pretty good
prices. weird. all this and books. (and attractive help. ;) )
