Just curious if afx's use of bears in his stage act is in reference to Charlemagne Palestine and his "use" of stuffed animals in his performances. I think afx maybe influenced by Charlemagne Palestine's music too, but i got to thinking a few weeks ago as i read the liner notes to strumming music: "Several red lights illuminated the Bosendorfer piano, adorned with the teddy bears, monkeys and cognac bottles, which has become Charlemagne trademark. (Solo performace is a lonely experience; the extreme highs and fears can be fully appreciated only by oneself and private comfort can come from many sources.)" I know this is a little strange, but does anyone care to comment about the Charlemagne similarities? love, warrenshadey ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
