Various Artists - The dark side of the sword Vol. 3- 12" - Plasmek -
plasmek7
Last episode in the fine Dark side of the sword series. Talents from around
all the globe are united on these EPs, which previously hosted I-f and
Anthony Rother for instance. Consistent factor is Marco Passarani himself,
again in as Pss 2099. Time out is a spaced out mechanic electro track. Also
from Italy are Frame with a more rough experimental cut. Keith Tucker comes
in with a fine uptempo electro groove, Ra-x finish the series with a
previous released on a Bunker release. For more about Plasmek check the
article about Marco Passarani, or the Final Frontier website.

Various Artists - Mission Two: Connecting Electronix Network - 2x12" -
Nature - nat2112
More true underground sounds explored from Italy. Nature comes with this
fine 10 track compilation. First record hosts five fine tracks, including a
fine energetic track by Phoenecia from Miama. Other side has a new wavey
tune by Mat 101, and fine warm tracks by D'Arcangelo and Passarani 2099.
The second record is more rawish, including tracks by Amp-Tek and Somatic
Responses. We'll leave the compilation with a sound scape by V/Vm. Very
fine compilation for lovers of Rephlex and The Hague Electronix.
