(idm) looking for small idm label catalogues

organizin', organizin'...

i couldn't run a mailorder service if my life depended on it, but i sure
can build a web site. so there ya go -- i want to build some sort of a
'master catalogue' of every independent idm act i can think of, & put it
all on one site for easy reference.

this is still being built, but i'm looking for label people, as well as
independent artists (thus, everyone from kracfive to kumquat), to send
me catalogue submissions. what i need, for every album you wish listed
on this site, is:

1) the usual: item no., artist, title, label, etc.
2) a 80x80 pixel cover art scan (optional)
3) quick description, quotes, reviews, press material, whatever you can
think of to sell the product (optional, but encouraged)
4) links to:
   a) the artist (email, www)
   b) the label (email, www)
   c) a sound clip page (optional)
   d) places you can order the album from (email, www), prefferably
online... (this should be a precise link if such thing is possible
(gemm, for example); if not, link to the store's front page.)

i'll start building this database on my off time so it may not be up
until a week or two but the site's looking good right now so i doubt
it'll take more than a month. until then, any & all submissions are
welcome. this is going to be a free service with no advertising
whatsoever, supported by myself because i think such a thing ought to
exist.

oh, & mp3 albums count as releases, if you wish to have them included.
however, you'll have to have them hosted somewhere, & it would help if
the thing has the form of an album somewhat (i'll gladly take
mp3.com/riffage sites as submissions, but i'll only count them as one
release.)

please email me if you have any further questions.

thanks for your attention,
