it's my lot in life!

yeah, i recently had the chance to play on stage with Jack, and he's
just so cool. with just one synth (ems vcs3) he totally ruled. plus
the new meat beat 12" ("acid again") instantly hands the entire posse
of pathetic fourth-generation "big beat" losers their butts on a
platter.

plus our sound guy used to be skinny puppy's roadie and he's been
telling me stories about key & co that got me all fired up again.

plus the new cEvin Key "MUSIC FOR CATS" CD on subconscious is just
brilliant. weird as fuck. i daresay any person who thinks they know
what synth innovation sounds like will be whacked back into submission
by this one.

plus i am now working a bit in mark pistel's studio and he's got tons
of gear from all the years he actually made money with consolidated.
playing with a rack full of tube compressors and expensive
eventide/lexicon gear really spoils you for the lo-fi aesthetic.

thank you muchly. check out my remix of freaky chakra "downspace",
i'm quite proud of it.
