Someone gave my wife a Stereolab album, and it's just too retro for me. I always feel like I'm watching some late 60's trifle of a movie when I hear it. I'm sure there's someone out there doing something fairly original, but I really don't have the time to track it down. I occasionally listen to Fripp - he's WAY out there doing his own thing.
