Tempesta II is a slightly modifyed version of Tempesta created especially
for North American release. I haven't done a direct comparison since I
don't have the original release, but from what I've gathered, they dropped
a couple of tracks and replaced them with tracks from singles. I don't
believe any of the tracks are remixes.
