Coloured vinyl is extra per unit. Cutting holes in sleeves is extra per unit. Clear sleeves cost more per unit. Stickers or inserts cost extra to make and extra to stick-on/put-in to the record (if you're not doing it yourself). Courier charges. I'd be surprised if V/Vm make much on their (vinyl) releases unless they sell at a nice price to their distributor (can anyone say Markant?).
