Yup, the XLR input is kinda crappy. I just want a TS jack in... I made 
made a few custom cables and thats how I use it.

I have absolutely no idea what the impedance of the Elkorus is but this 
does work.

Obviously, the L2A's are designed to convert line level, low impedance 
to guitar level, high impedance... so what I am doing may be a bit of a boj.

I have also used the A-138d Doepfer module with the Elkorus.

Brilliant!!

It is a killer stringer and now I know what to say when someone asks me 
why I have 2 different stringers.
