Thanks. > >------------------------------ i managed to ask him before his set (i'm guessing by the date, you went to the houston show, too?) however, his answer was less than helpful...he basically said that he used "various programs"...and that they were "very simple"...also, stating that it simply played a background loop while playing samples over it... i managed to see what he did with the keyboard, tho (now why didn't he turn the monitor so i could watch that, too?)...basically it looked like he (and sounded like) selected and ran background loops with his mouse, and the selected samples (also with the mouse) which he ran whenver he wanted to by pressing the space bar...i know this probably doesn't help any with determining what software he used...i just found it interesting... -brad
