IDM Mailing List Members,

To set the record straight, I am in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM being dishonest. My
reputation as a music industry professional is predicated upon honesty AND I
wouldn't even dream of tarnishing that for a stupid fucking piece of vinyl.
Ask any of my former artists. Or any of the other list members I have done
business with in the past. I'm straight.

As far as Mr. McCafferty, he rubbed me the wrong way via e-mail IMO by trying
to lowball me on a bid for one of the items included in my list that I know is
in MINT condition and 1/2 being out of print. Perhaps I was being
oversensitive and not being able to hear his voice made matters worse. For
that I publically apologize to Mr. McCafferty, but e-mail does that sometimes.

My apologies, Todd.

Regardless of who actually did the music, if you've been subscribed to either
of these mailing lists (IDM or Ambient) for any period of time (and I've been
on and off subscriber of both of these mailing lists since 1993), you
probably...

1) have the Rephlex site bookmarked in your browser and know it and all of its
related sites backwards and forwards,
2) already know who did all the tracks on all the colors of the UI series,
3) even if you don't know who made the tracks, you know what one is referring
to when they write "Universal Indicator Blue" or "Universal Indicator Red",
4) know whether you own them or not, and
5) know whether you want them in your collection.

So bid or don't bid. Buy or don't. Get on with it. Everything I'm selling
is on the up-and-up, in excellent to MINT condition, and if because of this
hubbub you're curious what all I've got, reply to this e-mail and I will
gladly send you the list.

Rule # 1 of buying anything : Caveat Emptor. If you're not sure exactly what
an item is, send me an e-mail and ASK. I don't know about other sellers here,
but I want this stuff to move, so if my reply description still isn't clear,
I'll give you my phone # and you can call me. No sweat.

In honesty,
Peter Wohelski
