Abe and company are based out of Hollis, Queens (at least they were last I heard) and started releasing some stuff a couple of years ago on his own label: Tension records. I think that Dietrich and Patrick Pulsinger were living with Abe for a while and releasing records on Tension as well. I also believe that some of those guys work at Sonic Groove. The first release (if you can find it) was magnificent. I think it was called "Tales From the Gamma Quadrant". Hints of breakbeats, and nice ambience as well as some unique artwork. A precusor of the good things that have come from that label. A few months after launching Tension, they started up Rancho Relaxo for the more laid-back material. There are at least 10 releases from Tension and Rancho Relaxo alone that I can think of off the top of my head. Here some to name a few: - Johnny Armando Ryder's "The Experience with Trigger" (Tension/Ten 3002) -"Inner Sanctum"(Ten 7001) - Patrick Pulsinger -Die Fiertegen 2 - Kirlian - Angel of Death Tension released a Sahko 12" through a year back or so and Abe has also appeared on a variety of other labels; Sonic Groove, Sahko, Mainframe. Way to many to mention. The last thing you can do is pin down Abe's sound. Way too diverse. Abe makes everything; ambient, hardcore, trance, acid, minimal, you name it. My advice is to track down any of the material on Rancho Relaxo or Tension. sashainboston
