Occasionally my idm digest looks less like characters on a screen and actually blinds me like a block of solid gold. Thus spake: Kent Williams <xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx> "I will say this -- there is a buttload of trading and bootlegging going on on the Internet, but 99% of it goes on without being announced on public mailing lists. Word to the wise -- figure out how to do it without talking about it here. " I wonder why the same subject(s) get rehashed over and over. Is it because some listers are new ( or relatively new?) and have'nt seen these issues *over and over and over and over and over * ? Is it simple short term memory loss =) ? Or is it a stubborn insistence on avoiding newness and the undiscovered? If there's nothing new to discuss, maybe we can all just chill for a while. And dream and wonder and postulate.... "How can I contribute to idm today? Hmmmmm. lemme grab a subject from the idm subject bag." While we're at it, lets rehash the "why I hate Nine Inch Nails thread"...*that* was exciting. Kent, thanks for making my morning. Peter
