There isn't a drop in, but an emulator project has emerged.

The SD2IEC will not work but as I understand it the Pi1541 will work.

I don't have a SP-12 but if someone sends me one, I will debug this stuff, write
a manual, support everyone and relesae a floppy intensive Minuet to
celebrate.
