That having been said, _Life from the Other Side_ isn't as abstract and hallucinating and gassed as his first full length. As a taste of the cream of international underground (whew! too many adjectives) hip-hop it's stellar, if unspectacular. Very little happens in the tracks, as Vadim lets the mcs take center stage.
