in case anybody was wondering what the heck i meant with yesterday's message about a 'meta catalogue' of idm albums, i have put up a first draft of it at http://www.notype.com/garden . please keep in mind that THIS SITE IS NOT ACTIVE YET. i'm only posting this so i can get more ideas & submissions. ultimately the listing will be much longer so as to include all recent idm albums. the idea is that including them all on one page will make it easier for most to see what's up in the oft-unsung underground idm scene. it's like a mailorder catalogue without any mailorder facilities (a poor man's gemm, perhaps, but hopefully much less painful to look at), but with the advantage of presenting everything in a standard, easy to browse format. all comments, suggestions, & especially submissions are highly encouraged. thanks, -- david
