Andrew S > could you dial in very accurate delay times that would not waver? Not really. To give the unit that vintage sound I used a similar high frequency VCO as the original device that inspired the ADR30. And that means stability was not the prime goal. I rather like the way it doesn't quite stick to the same delay time constantly but has this natural waver to it. It doesn't change radically but setting a precise time of, say, 345ms and it staying there is probably not going to happen. I could design a more stable clock for a delay but it wasn't what I was looking for in this unit. This is more of a 'play with it and see what happens' rather than a 'set and forget' type effect. It wasn't actually going to be a PCB project. It's part of the R&D for the forthcoming Oakley Mysterious Audio Plaything. Which is my take on a drone machine but it's grown a bit as I've added things to it. Beats me when it'd be ready though. Tony
