(idm) no type - call for mp3 submissions

(sorry for this semi-o/t message, but due to the amount of musicians on
this list, i figured it's the best forum for it.)

after spending a pretty slacking summer, no type <http://www.notype.com>
is about ready to get back in gear with a new design (still in the
works) & two new releases planned for october, which will mark the
site's first anniversary & its switch to releasing only short-form
albums (eps, singles, etc.) so as to allow more people to participate,
as we only have a finite amount of drive space to deal with.

if you are a musican producing forward-thinking music (electronic or
otherwise) & you'd like a forum for some of your productions, you are
invited to submit a ep or mini-album in mp3 or cd-r format to be put up
on the site. as it always was, you decide on the design & the track
order, & there's no advertising to clutter your visitor's eyes. also,
we're hooked on something pretty fast although i have no idea of the
specifics (t1? t3? gotta ask my server admin), but it's proved to be
sufficient for now. i should mention that nobody gets paid for this
stuff, as no type is an entirely not-for-profit venture whose sole
purpose is to showcase music nobody would have the chance to hear
otherwise.

should this interest you, please reply to me privately & we'll see what
we can do. tell me a bit about what you do & what you've released so
far (through mp3s or actual cd-rs or otherwise). if possible, include a
phone number where i can reach you.

as for everybody else, thanks for bearing with our 3-month slack & come
back in october for more foktop mewzik for your ears to enjoy.

thanks
