was extremely lucky in that on friday got to see negativland in seattle (go figure, no matmos, but they really filled the place up for negativland) without revealing too much about the actual show itself, i can say without any hesitation that this was indeed the oddest and most interesting show i've ever attended. they did indeed have a tv, a few projectors, manipulated film, cds and records for well over two hours, new stuff throughout. got to here what i believe is the negativland remix for people like us and could not be any more excited about that upcoming release now! but * when negativland take this show on the road, don't miss it. pastor dick and friends were so funny it hurt. plus, they play a great version of 180-G... not what i'd expected, but far more than i'd hoped for.
