"Not paid enough" was not on the free EP; track listing is: A 1. Beats & Pieces (Mo Bass Remix) 104bpm 2. Stop This Crazy Thing (Hedmaster Mix) 107bpm B 1. Maker Brake 104bpm 2. Greedy's Back 107bpm 3. Drawmasters Squeeze 99bpm 4. Trak 22 122bpm "Christmas Break" was a real release and was a minor UK hit if I remember rightly; it was released fairly soon after "Doctorin' The House" and was a bunch of samples in a quickly tacked together sort of style - more of a curiosity than something essential these days! When Daniel wrote what was on it I think he wanted us to identify the samples; here's a bunch of guesses from one listen!: Drum break used on original is "Don't Look Any Further" by Dennis Edwards and Siedah Garrett "Im Nin Alu" by Ofra Haza - the "Eastern" singing "We interrupt this broadcast..." - Earth vs The Flying Saucers (???) "1.. 2.. 3.. uh!" "Funky Drummer" by James Brown "By George even longer grooves" - "Warrior Groove" by DSM, (probably a sample) "Back in the club how you kids used to laugh at that song..." a movie with James Cagney and Humphrey Bogart in it (The Roaring Forties???) "Wait a minute you better talk to my mother..." The Big Sleep "Its soooo fresh!" Steinski And the Mass Media "We'll be right back" Somebody else take over now!
