Whatever wins (hell, waterer's nominated) in this category will be listed on the mailing list homepage for years to come, even if it turns out to be a bad record. I don't want newbies buying records that turned out to be disappointments just because a lot of people were "anticipating" them around poll time. >> Of course it is going to be albums nobody has heard yet; it goes with the category. Newbies will not buy the most anticipated albums. Newbies are going to buy the albums that win the 'best of..' categories. Your reasons for not having this category are illogical. 10 years from now I would like to be able to go back and see that 'so and so' album was the most anticipated album of 99, and whether or not the album turned out to be a classic or shite is irrelevant. It's all about what people couldn't wait to hear at that time. Any newbie who starts buying 'most anticipated' albums isn't that bright to begin with. Logic dictates that a new person will buy what people recommend and albums that win the 'best of awards'. Thanks for the time. Turk
