Yeah.  They very often release two CDs per single in the UK.  The Orange  
one was part two.  This surprises you?

Luckily for us in the US, they collected both of them on the US CD
release.  They did exactly the same thing with "Ventolin" (two CD-singles
in the UK, one CD-single in the US), except this time around, they called
it a "CDEP"  instead of a "CD-single" and charged three bucks more for it. 
(It seems so arbitrary sometimes.)  It was still cheaper than buying one
import single, let alone two.

With all due respect, maybe you should try reading the label more
carefully next time.
