You're probably talking about the Electronica comp (with exclusive tracks by Cylob, Black Dog, Thomas Heckmann, and others) and the Repeats record, which was Plaid and Mark Broom collaborating. A couple of the tracks were reissued on Jonah Sharp's Reflective label on a 12" called Below the Market or something (can't remember)... but it's a good piece of wax.
