This album was originally released on MoM's on Sonig label
(out of Germany) so the $20 copy is likely a German import.
About a month after the original release Thrill Jockey
brought in directly a number of copies and began selling them
through their U.S. distribution contacts, so the
cheaper release is the "U.S. Domestic" version (even
though they were all pressed in Germany!)
