Hi Flavio, My main suggestion is to place the speaker opposed to the pitched roof area (means you have to look at the upright walls with the pitched roof in your back). So you will avoid dominant reflections. Place low floor cupboards in the corner under the pitched roof like here in the background: http://www.florian-anwander.de/tmp/100-0044_IMG.jpg (unfortunately not my flat) Those will make use of the too low room, they will provide surface for placing gear (nice for a drum machine collection ;-) ) and it will also act a little like a bass trap.
