Guess big Bri wasn't the only one who got a package of MAS discs
yesterday. I got the five they had at MM and I must say it's some really
nice stuff - all of it is quite solid. This has probably been the best
year in terms of the quality and quantity of music released since I've
gotten into IDM. MAS, Skam, Dot, Schematic, V/VM and even
Rephlex&Warp(who?). Our poor babies have sure been going hungry this
year! :) And we still have a couple months to go. One thing though,
what's with the cardboard packaging with no in-sleeves? I pulled my
discs out and they were coated with fur and hair and god knows what else
they put in cardboard. They needed quite a cleaning up (and some cozy
inners)...

Thanks to everyone who turned out for Metric last night. A fucking lot
of work that was. I'm sick now cause of it. But don't pity me, I enjoyed
every minute of it. Anyone have any opinions on Metal Beast's
performance (or any of the dj sets for that matter)? Come on, cough em'
up - I saw you lurkers there! Thanks to Paul,Brock,
Phil,Shad,Jason,BrianL.,TomA.,Gilster,Kalib and anyone else I forgot
that helped out or gave encouragement.

Our next show in December will have live performances from Influx who
released one of my favorite 12's this year and Low Res who's released
material on Plug Research and Metroplex but has recently been making
some really fucking top music that is seriously out there and definitely
deserves a listen from the Skam(atic) heads. I'm serious - wait till you
hear it. We're also probably going to be doing a live real audio
broadcast on the night of the show with archive action afterward so you
can check it out.

Now it's off to work on trying to get some of this webpage shit updated
:)

bye byes,

Da GnZ.
