I do believe it's an HP-30 Dual Voice Piano. 1979-? 61 note electronic piano with built in speaker. Piano I/II Harpsichord I/II. Variable sustain time. Latchable Arpeggiator. (visual proof available at above URL) Electronic pianos; analogue's great lost years (or plain mistakes, depending on your point of view).
