Rumors and accusations had swirled in recent months about contracts not being honored and royalties going unpaid. Here at Soleilmoon we experienced inexplicable delays getting orders filled, and a number of their more popular titles were allowed to go out of print, which is never a good sign. The final straw, apparently, came on August 27, when Russel Mills, who recorded for Time Recordings under the name "Undark", received a letter indicating that they were no longer in business.
