Hi all I've a question about a completely black record that comes in a completely black sleeve without the faintest little sticker or label telling anyone what might hide inside. I picked it up yesteday because the etching on the runoutgroove sounded familiar. It said "Low 2". and on the other side: "A Blue Gent". This is something from Matthew Herbert's Lowlife label, right? Anybody know what it is? The tracks on the 12" are really weird. There's two tracks that sounds exactly like Herbert then there's some pop track on there and something more. On each side there's one track in 33rpm and one for 45. All in all a very wicked piece of wax. Quite good though. Just interested in what it is. Can anybody help. Since I haven't really been keeping my Rockit and all the rest discographies up to date I've missed all these spinoffs.
