i think it's on the good side, personally.  the music is a bit more 
accessible than panasonic usually does, a little more "there" than most of 
their material.  the major stumbling block seems to be alan vega's voice for 
most people - personally, i love the guy, love it when he talks, love it 
when he emits strange car-alarm noises, so i quite enjoyed the CD.  no one 
else really did, though.  so YMMV.

incidentally, got the tomas jirku _immaterial_ cd yesterday, and i'm
[gr]eating it up.  with two forks.  actual review will be posted to idm 
someday.
