Yeah, ive built myself a case to my own specification (ie.shallower than standard) If you buy the parts from stock, then its not worth the bother - you have to buy surplus to make it cheaper (including the psu) Most of the subrack manufacturers will supply either good drawings, or .dfx (cad) files of thier products, so, when buing surplus, check that evreything is compatible with evreything else.
