Unfortunately I think there would be some little analog synth  
companies selling keyboards synths today if you could actually buy  
them in a small quantity.

Never seeing any (that don't seem salvaged) from the likes of MFOS  
builders is the tip-off for me. Note that the small-ish companies  
that do have keyboards all use an OEM midi mechanism and a MIDI to CV  
converter (i.e. .COM, ASys, Moog, Doepfer etc. but as mentioned  
Doepfer will sell subassemblies to use in your own project, just  
don't expect lots of combinations of exact features or the degree of  
bare-bones-ness you likely want).

I guess the players (who won't sell to individuals afaik) are Fatar  
and that Chinese company (CME or whomever makes their product).
