How about those of us who are poor all put up $5 and buy it and then each copy it for our own pleasure. That would definitely allow many to hear the limited-edition copies of things we will never otherwise get a chance to. Just a open thought, not a solid proposition. But this bidding thing is getting ridiculous. I always thought it was about the music ... I love the music, but at such extreme prices it would appear to be an impossibility. I feel sorry for those who are just getting into IDM. Yeah, there are lots of classic recordings out there, but this pricing extortion is going to take a lot of potential ones out of their hands/ears. Share the wealth, or beware the class revolution.
