evan: being on the other side of north america, i don't know specifically about san francisco (i *was* born in california and lived the first 18 months of my life there, though :)), but I do know that it's worth the drive/ hitch hike to get to los angeles tomorrow night for the 9.99.99 party with DBX (Dan Bell) live, Anthony (Shake) Shakir live, and John Tejada and Claude Young DJing. Wish I could be there, but I doubt my thumb would get me from Halifax to LA in time for the show!
