really?  i haven't heard of such a thing in montreal.  then again, maybe
you have to look around to find it.  :)

then again, my point was that making those areas legal improved the
quality of the graffiti & therefore, oh whatever, you know.

i then stand corrected & will try to shut my trap next time i want to
