I may be placing my neck on the guillotine by saying this, but I think e-Mu=E2=
=80=99s digital filters aren=E2=80=99t bad. I=E2=80=99ve had synths with ana=
logue filters that didn=E2=80=99t sound nearly as musical or characterful as=
 the digital filters in the Emax II or e4XT. And the matrix-like routing in E=
OS 4 is insane fun!
