Try the Korg KMS 30, if you can find one. They run about $60 - $100 used. Syncs
Midi, DIN sync and tape sync, in any combination you like. 2 Din's out, so you
can run both the 606 and 202 from it.

If you can't find one, you can get the Doepfer sync box new for a bit more
money. I don't know the name, but it's on their web site.

Also, if you're handy with a soldering iron, you can try the Paia midi2cv. A bit
of a warning, though, although I've had mine completely checked out by Paia, it
sill won't run my 606 that well (it wobbles in and out of time). It will run the
202, though.

Also, there's some drum machines combinations you can try. Check out the sync
