hi- i'm looking for writers who can do features/profiles/reviews of ambient, minimal, IDM-ish stuff for my magazine. it's a monthly, L.A.-based mag with good distribution (25,000), and going full-color/glossy for our first issue of 1999. like most mags devoted to underground music, ours is mostly volunteer-generated. we're looking for writers who are responsible and can meet deadlines; creative, critical, & knowledgeable (but not too long-winded); preferably have some experience and clips backing them up; and most importantly, have a sense of humor! location's not an issue (if you're email accessible, which you obviously are). please reply off-list if this interests you... sorry for taking up space/bandwidth!! --esther xxxxx@xxxx.xxx
